"It’s hard trying to navigate the auto world as woman with very little knowledge of how things work. Perry and his staff always make sure to explain to me what’s wrong and what it means to the overall car.. he’s never been wrong. HEM is reasonable and they make every attempt to work with you if you work with them. I won’t take my car anywhere else unless I have no other options."
